HIGHLY TRAINED VOLUNTEERS
WCEMA Staff and Volunteers frequently attend monthly training at the EOC to maintain a constant state of knowledge and preparedness.

Many of our Volunteers and Staff have gone further and achieved additional certifications.
RESPONSE AGENCY
WCEMA is frequently called upon to assist with various Incident types. From traffic control on accident scenes to search and rescue efforts. We operate and maintain a dedicated Traffic Unit "Rescue 22" and we have the ability to deploy towable light towers on emergency scenes.
We are also a member of FEMA Region 6 and will deploy when called upon.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
WCEMA has a long history of providing assistance to public events, and has established a great relationship with our community and business leaders.

WANT TO VOLUNTEER?
Start your volunteering efforts, become a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member. Receive hands on training, learn leadership roles, become engaged in your community, and help your local neighbors in a time of need.
